––––– WHAT WE DO
Where Rooted Theology informs Innovation for the Moment
Every engagement starts with listening—then moves toward practical, sustainable next steps.
We come alongside pastors and church teams to develop contextual strategies for growth, health, and mission—strategies shaped by your specific community, not borrowed from someone else's playbook.
The church is global, and so is our work. We serve organizations across cultures with training, mentoring, and the kind of resourcing that honors indigenous leadership and local context.
From pastoral health and longevity to church planting and contextual exegesis, we produce books, white papers, and research at the intersection of theology and the world emerging around us. Scholarship that serves the church, not just the academy.
As a certified Winslow consultant, Dr. Tara Korpi works with churches and nonprofit organizations to strengthen leadership teams and make wise staffing decisions. Using the proven Winslow Personality Profile and leadership assessments, she helps leaders better understand the strengths, motivations, and behavioral patterns that shape team dynamics and organizational culture.
We guide leaders through collaborative, Spirit-led processes—whether that's a half-day workshop on navigating AI in ministry or a semester-long cohort building vision culture from the ground up.
As one of the leading voices speaking to Ministry AI, Dr. Todd Korpi brings both an expertise and a pulse of what’s happening in the global church in both thinking about and leveraging AI wisely for gospel impact.
